Animals Worldwide is honoured to be providing financial support for the only mobile veterinary clinic operating in Gaza, a vital service made possible in partnership with our friends at Safe Haven for Donkeys in Israel.

In a region marked by hardship, limited infrastructure, and ongoing conflict, animals — particularly working animals like donkeys — often suffer in silence. Veterinary care is extremely scarce, with few resources available for even basic treatment, let alone specialist care. For donkeys, horses, and other working animals in Gaza, this mobile clinic is often the only chance for medical attention, pain relief, or humane treatment.

A Lifeline on Wheels

The mobile clinic travels regularly throughout Gaza, reaching remote and underserved areas where animals would otherwise receive no care. Services include:

The clinic’s work is not only crucial for the animals — many of whom suffer from malnutrition, overwork, or untreated injuries — but also for the people who depend on them for transport, farming, and livelihood. Healthier animals mean safer, more productive lives for their owners, and less suffering for the animals themselves.

International Cooperation for Compassion

This partnership with Safe Haven for Donkeys in Israel represents a powerful example of compassion that transcends borders. Despite the region’s deep and ongoing political challenges, animal welfare remains a unifying cause — a shared belief that every creature deserves care, dignity, and relief from suffering.

Animals Worldwide is proud to stand with Safe Haven in supporting this vital service, and we are committed to continuing our financial assistance to keep the clinic operating, stocked, and staffed.
